We meet in the quad at Carlmont High School on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays every week at 4:00pm for an hour long workout that includes cardio, strength, core and flexibility training.
After more than 6 years leading bootcamps, I know people want a GOOD, TOUGH WORKOUT--but they also really want to HAVE FUN. I design every workout to make the time fly by and challenge your muscles and cardiovascular system. You will see your cardiovascular capacity increase, your confidence soar, and your balance improve as you work toward a fitter, stronger, happier and healthier YOU.
Bring a mat and a water bottle to each class. Bring weights on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
